Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draughtsman with at least 7 years in real estate/construction. The role involves preparing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with building standards to deliver high-quality real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and working drawings as per project requirements. Convert conceptual sketches and designs into accurate CAD drawings. Ensure drawings comply with building codes, municipal regulations, and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors for accurate execution. Maintain and update drawing records, revisions, and documentation. Assist in preparing drawings for authority approvals, tenders, and site execution. Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and resolve drawing-related queries. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery of drawings within project timelines. Key Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience as an Architectural Draughtsman in real estate, construction, or architectural firms. Diploma/Certification in Architectural Draughtsmanship or related field. Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office (knowledge of BIM is an added advantage). Excellent understanding of construction details, materials, and industry standards. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail with effective communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualities Experience working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and consultants. Education & Skills Diploma / Certification in Architectural Draughtsman or Civil / Architectural discipline. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office (BIM knowledge preferred). Good understanding of construction details, building codes, and approval processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and drafting standards.
