You will monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to execution by taking complete ownership and responsibility.You will engage the client and keep them informed with required updates of the project and ensure they are aware of all the activities that are about to be done / on going / yet to start etc. Coordinate with design and the production team to keep them in alignment with the committed timelines.You will manage internal stakeholders such as Vendor teams, Installer , furniture teams etc to ensure they get the required support to meet the customer promised timelines and quality standards. Own the customer experience completely post booking of the project till the time of handover. Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress such as Weekly Progress Reports. Act as a highest point of escalation and ensure any of the issues highlighted by the customers are resolved within the committed ETAs and the projects are completed on a good note. Be a people manager to empower the existing team. Ensure everyone in the team is adhering to the defined process SOPs prepared by you and providing a standardized customer experience. Skills Required Graduate/MBA shall be preferred. 6 to 9 years of overall work experience in interior designing commerical space, site management in similar industries. Ideal candidate should be staying in Western suburbs. People management skills Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Structured thought process and strong analytical ability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Manage strategic alliances/ business partnerships through builders, architects and interior consultants in order to achieve maximum project reach. Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams. We are looking for a skilled and creative Office Interior Designer to plan and design innovative, functional, and visually compelling workplace environments. This role focuses exclusively on the interior design of corporate offices, co-working spaces, and administrative environments. Key Responsibilities: Workplace Design: Develop and execute interior design concepts for office spaces, including open-plan layouts, meeting rooms, reception areas, and break zones. Space Planning: Optimize floor plans to support workflow, collaboration, and efficient use of space, with consideration for ergonomics and office dynamics. Client Engagement: Meet with corporate clients to understand their brand, culture, team dynamics, and functional needs; present design concepts and material boards. Project Oversight: Manage all phases of the design process, from concept to installation, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with project stakeholders. Furniture & Finish Selection: Specify commercial-grade furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials suitable for modern office environments. Design Documentation: Produce CAD drawings, construction documents, 3D renderings, and specifications to guide implementation. Code Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, health and safety regulations, and accessibility standards (e.g., ADA). Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with vendors and contractors for procurement and installation of design elements. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience specifically in office or workplace interior design. Strong portfolio demonstrating office design projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Excellent space planning and conceptual design skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of current office trends, furniture systems, and sustainability practices.
