As a Manager in the Cross Platform Strategy Analytics team within the India Analytics Hub, you will play an integral role as an individual contributor. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data and analytical tools to deliver solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, developing prototypes, and generating actionable insights to support Synchrony's growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Independently solve a variety of problems using your expertise in Data and Analytical Tools - Collaborate on cross-platform initiatives and develop scalable solutions - Partner on strategic ideas and proof of concepts to drive revenue growth - Ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and documentation in alignment with Audit Procedures - Mentor and guide team members on tools and processes Required Skills/Knowledge: - BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on Analytics experience - Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Tableau, or Open Source Tools with the ability to independently build queries for data extraction and aggregation - Understanding of key concepts in Retail Finance and the ability to translate them into quantitative attributes - Capability to define methodology, present insights, and influence decision-making Desired Skills/Knowledge: - 2+ years of analytics/data science experience in the Financial Services Industry - Proficiency in Python and R, preferably in a Linux-based cloud environment like AWS - Knowledge of multivariable calculus, linear algebra, and ML methods such as k-Nearest Neighbors, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest, etc. Eligibility Criteria: - BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on Analytics experience - Flexible Shifts For Internal Applicants: - Understand the criteria and mandatory skills required for the role before applying - Inform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday - Ensure your Professional Profile is updated and upload your updated resume - Not under any corrective action plan - L4 to L7 Employees who have completed 12 months in the organization and 12 months in the current role are eligible - L8+ Employees who have completed 18 months in the organization and 12 months in the current role are eligible - L4+ employees can apply Grade/Level: 09 Join our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth through data-driven strategies in the Data Analytics domain.,
