To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in a multi-unit management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent financial acumen, and business growth strategy experience are essential. Your ability to motivate and inspire teams, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills, will be critical in driving high performance and ensuring brand consistency across the region.
