The Global Planning Analyst position for our US client is a crucial role responsible for overseeing end-to-end data operations and managing print production projects across both domestic and international teams. As the central communication hub among stakeholders, you will ensure seamless data flow, scheduling alignment, and quality control. This role operates in the EST US Shift and is based in Gurgaon for work from office. Key Responsibilities: Master Planning & Scheduling: - Coordinate production volumes across U.S. operations, third-party partners (North America), and Mexico. - Maintain master schedules and ensure adherence to milestones for print jobs. Data Management & Quality Control: - Receive and organize data files from various internal and external sources. - Conduct initial data quality checks such as file names, quantities, and layouts. - Validate files for required content like address fields and scanlines. - Collaborate with Project Managers to address missing data or discrepancies. - Ensure compliance with industry data standards, such as NCOA validation. - Prepare documentation for the Agency Data Team and upload processed files to secure FTPs. Project Coordination & Communication: - Serve as the primary liaison across Agencies, Production, Data Teams, and Domestic Project Managers. - Manage communication and approval workflows, including caging, scanner, and essential approvals. - Coordinate production readiness and communicate data approvals to teams. - Utilize tools like JIRA to track status, resolve issues, and provide updates. - Support postal strategy optimization efforts to minimize mailing costs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in supply chain and print production coordination. - Proficient in data quality and validation processes. - Familiarity with project/data management tools like JIRA, Insight, and FTP. - Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. - Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments.,
