As a DevOps Engineer at iAI Solution, you will be responsible for deploying, automating, and maintaining applications in cloud and on-premises environments. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and implementing DevSecOps practices. Your primary responsibilities will include deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as managing on-prem deployments using VMware ESXi, Proxmox, or KVM. You will configure and manage load balancers, ensure high availability with multi-region deployment strategies, and automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Furthermore, you will provision virtual machines and containers, implement version-controlled Infrastructure as Code practices with Git, and build and manage pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions. Integrating testing, security scanning, and deployment into pipeline flows, automating release management and rollback procedures, and setting up monitoring and log management are integral aspects of the role. To be successful in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, a strong understanding of Linux, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, and practical experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Docker. Proficiency in CI/CD with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions, experience with Kubernetes or Docker Swarm, and a good grasp of networking concepts are also essential requirements. In addition to technical skills, soft skills such as excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to document clearly and follow structured procedures are highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with OpenStack or Rancher for on-prem private cloud, as well as familiarity with disaster recovery and backup solutions. By working closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects, maintain system architecture documentation, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
