Synkrama Technologies is seeking a dedicated, passionate, and highly motivated Python Developer. The ideal candidate should be a proficient web developer and a collaborative team member who thrives on writing code and innovating regularly. This role will directly report to the Director of Engineering. As a Python Developer at Synkrama Technologies, your responsibilities will include writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code. You will need to comprehend and implement business requirements, transform them into software components, and integrate user-centric elements into various applications and data storage solutions. Developing backend components to optimize performance, server-side logic, statistical learning models, and highly responsive web applications will be essential. Designing and implementing high availability, low latency applications, data security features, and performance tuning are also part of the role. Testing and debugging software applications using Python test framework tools like Behave, Pytest, and PyUnit will be crucial. Additionally, you will enhance existing software systems, devise digital tools for online traffic monitoring, work with Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, and create predictive models for AI and ML-based features. Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends, fine-tuning AI/ML algorithms based on outcomes, and collaborating effectively with the team are key aspects of this position. Python Developer Skills Set: Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Django with a minimum of 3+ years of experience - Knowledge of Python frameworks like Django, Flask, etc. - Familiarity with web frameworks, RESTful APIs, core Python fundamentals, and programming - Experience in code packaging, release, deployment, and database management - Understanding of circles, conditional and control statements, object-relational mapping, and server-side languages - Proficiency in code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc. - Understanding of front-end technologies, AI, ML, deep learning, version control, and neural networking - Knowledge of data visualization, statistics, data analytics, design principles for scalable apps, and predictive modeling - Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, etc., multi-process architecture, and ORM libraries - Ability to integrate databases and various data sources into a unified system - Strong testing and debugging capabilities with tools like Selenium - Soft Skills: - Effective communication skills for interaction with groups, developers, testers, designers, and users - Analytical skills for understanding algorithms and coding logic - Competence in writing clear, optimized code with data analytical and troubleshooting skills - Strong problem-solving, project management, and risk assessment abilities - Capability to grasp the organizational data landscape and solve complex technical issues - Collaboration, teamwork, task organization, time management, and project management skills - Creativity, originality, and out-of-the-box thinking capability In conclusion, as a Python Developer at Synkrama Technologies, you will play a vital role in developing innovative solutions, collaborating with the team, and staying updated with the ever-evolving technology landscape.,
