What You Bring – Experience And Competence 15–18 years of professional EHS experience in the construction and energy infrastructure sectors with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience leading EHS teams, particularly in mega independent or JV/Consortia projects, and matrix organizations. Expertise in EHS legislation, safety by design, and risk-based approaches for large-scale and complex projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and 9001; Lead Auditor certification highly desirable. Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders, build sustainable partnerships, and drive cultural and behavioral safety improvements. Hands-on experience managing and improving management systems, compliance assurance, incident investigations, and EHS metrics (KPI development, leading and lagging indicators). Proven leadership in fostering continuous improvement, cultural maturity, and high performance in complex project settings. Experience with offshore/onshore construction, JV/Consortia execution models, and working with local statutory authorities. Driving license required with readiness to travel across India as required by project and business needs.
