You obsess over clarity, precision, and systems that scale. You're the type who can't unsee inconsistencies, who gets frustrated when tools waste your time, and who sees generative AI not as a novelty but as a force multiplier. You understand how to coax better outputs from ChatGPT or Claude. Now, we want you to weaponize that skill at scale. We're reinventing content operations with an AI-first engine that doesn't just churn out words—it produces forums, knowledge bases, blogs, event guides, and community content that directly power mission-critical SaaS products. This is precision-tuned material that gets published live into products that real customers rely on. The better your work, the faster we ship, the smarter our AI becomes, and the more efficient the entire business gets. This job is not about moderation queues or brute-force copyediting. It's not about slogging through tickets. It's about triaging high-volume AI outputs, editing them into crisp, accurate, user-facing assets, and documenting detailed feedback that directly informs retraining loops. You'll catch hallucinations before they go live. You'll write structured commentary that teaches our AI to improve itself. And you'll spot the hidden patterns behind content errors that others miss entirely—then use those patterns to drive systemic improvements. If you're excited by the idea of reshaping the way content gets produced, if you love systems thinking as much as language precision, and if you want to do real work with next-gen AI instead of just talking about it, then apply now! What You Will Be Doing Refine and validate AI-generated content across forums, blogs, and knowledge bases to deliver polished, client-ready outputs Analyze and document feedback on AI performance to guide retraining and improve content accuracy and quality Evaluate content quality at scale and generate reports that identify trends, errors, and optimization opportunities What You Won’t Be Doing Content moderation; it's not about flagging bad behavior. You're refining AI content for quality and accuracy, not policing users. Traditional copyediting; you're not just fixing grammar. You're restructuring, validating, and making AI outputs publication-ready. QA testing; you're not checking boxes. You're identifying systemic flaws and influencing how the AI and workflows evolve.
