This is a full-time role with our client in Mumbai. This mid-senior role is ideal for individuals from a human-centric research background, particularly those with experience and interest in multi-modal research such as user journeys, product research, and ethnography. As part of this role, you will lead diverse projects in consumer and product research and collaborate closely with design, brand, product, and strategy teams. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and enjoys learning about a variety of topics. The ideal candidate believes in the fundamental power of consumer insights and intelligence, enjoys experimenting with new methods to uncover insights, and possesses qualities such as being structured, thorough, and ethical. Experience in multi-modal research, including ethnography, product research, and user research, is essential. This is not a traditional research role but is designed for individuals who excel in open-ended, design-forward environments and are interested in exploring how people live, choose, and engage with products and culture. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-modal research, being based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai, and a genuine and deep interest in AI, which is considered a bonus for this role.,
