As the Lead Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for managing all instructional design aspects for specific client accounts. This includes overseeing process and performance related activities, understanding client requirements, and defining learning and performance support solutions for new projects. Additionally, you will lead individual instructional designers or small teams assigned to these accounts. Your role will involve collaborating with Account Managers and Leads to optimize account processes and drive growth. You will also be tasked with carrying out various instructional design activities such as creating design mockups, proof of concepts, and demos for new projects and solution types within assigned accounts. To excel in this position, you should possess strong business analysis and training needs analysis skills. Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills in English are essential. You should also have excellent presentation skills for both online and in-person settings. Your expertise in content analysis, design, storyboarding, scripting, and visualization will be critical in ensuring effective instructional design aligned with multimedia principles. Furthermore, your ability to provide innovative business solutions and define learning solutions based on client requirements will be key to your success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills are required to confidently engage with individuals from diverse countries and cultures, as well as collaborate effectively with team members from various functions. Your proficiency in interacting with different stakeholders will contribute to the overall success of the instructional design projects you lead.,
