As a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with over a decade+ of experience, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency, and developing high-quality creative assets for various media channels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end design projects, maintaining brand consistency. - Creating high-quality creative assets for digital, print, and client-facing campaigns. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging materials. - Mentoring and guiding junior designers, providing creative direction. - Staying updated with global design trends and technologies. - Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced BPO environment. In terms of skills and competencies, you should have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, a strong portfolio in corporate/B2B and BPO-related projects, and a good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design would be advantageous. Additionally, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, along with 10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in BPO or corporate environments. A proven track record of leading creative campaigns with measurable business impact is also desired.
