Multimedia Designer II

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design projects and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. Your key responsibilities will include developing high-quality creative assets for digital, print, corporate communications, and client-facing campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver visually engaging presentations, reports, and campaigns. Your role will also involve mentoring and guiding junior designers, staying updated with global design trends, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design projects with a focus on brand consistency - Develop high-quality creative assets for various mediums - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for visually engaging deliverables - Mentor and guide junior designers - Stay updated with global design trends and technologies - Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced BPO setting Required Skills & Competencies: - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Strong portfolio in corporate/B2B and BPO-related projects - Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding - Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design is a plus - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field - 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with exposure to BPO or corporate environments - Proven track record of leading creative campaigns with measurable business impact In addition to the above, the company offers strategic, high-impact BPO solutioning projects, exposure to global clients and diverse business verticals, and opportunities for growth into Content Marketing & Designing Leadership.,
