The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in English, Journalism, or related fields, along with 3-5 years of experience in digital content creation or editorial roles. Proficiency in content writing, CMS platforms, SEO, and basic web publishing tools is essential. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for children's media and education, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to coordinate with the digital and social media teams.
