Job description Experience: 1year - 3 years Job location: Chennai Roles & Responsibility: Hands-on experience with the audio/video ecosystem, particularly encoding and transcoding etc. Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Live TV/VoD encoders. Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, and load balancing etc. Working knowledge in the Linux environments (preferred). Responsibilities Design and implement software for embedded systems, focusing on constrained devices and real-world applications Develop robust, efficient code in C/C++ (core expertise required) and Python (optional), ensuring high performance and maintainability Utilize frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenVino to build cutting-edge edge computing and embedded machine learning solutions Optimize software for performance and resource utilization in constrained environments, including AI accelerators and multimedia processing Leverage experience with computer vision and multimedia codecs/frameworks such as GStreamer, OpenMAX, and OpenCL to create advanced applications Develop and maintain applications for platforms like Linux, FreeRTOS, mBed, and Zephyr, ensuring reliability and efficiency Work with development boards (TI, Nvidia, Renesas, etc) and architecture-specific designs (ARM Cortex-M/A, RISC-V) Tackle complex technical challenges with strong analytical skills, including software testing, bug-fixing, and system optimizatio Requirements At least 3+ years of experience in developing software for embedded systems Strong programming proficiency in C/C++ (Please apply only if you are good at C/C++) Familiarity with Python is desired Exposure to edge computing and embedded ML platforms/frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, OpenVino, etc Hands-on experience in developing software for constrained systems and devices Additional focus on optimization would be desirable Hands-on experience on computer vision, multimedia codecs and/or frameworks like GStreamer, OpenMAX, OpenCL would be a significant plus

Responsibilities : Test development, integration, debugging and maintenance of a C++ based video subsystem. Maintaining the C++ based middleware stack. Debugging the video subsystem and ability to run the tests on the ECU architecture. Ownership of the end-to-end technology stack and drivers. Alignment of requirements, changes and roadmap with the internal stakeholders. Must have Experience: Expertise in developing automotive/EE tests in C++. Additional experience in Python is an added value. Experience in computer vision, image processing or video codec H.264/H.265. Hands-on experience with video coding, OpenCV or OpenGL (or similar technologies). QNX/POSIX environment to analyze processes on SOC. Experience with Boardnet technologies such as Ethernet, SomeIP and CAN. Experience with automotive Diagnostic Log and Trace (DLT) and Automotive Diagnosis. Experience in the ADAS domain preferred.
