In the role of Embedded Software Engineer- Multimedia Developer within the Device Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for our cutting-edge embedded vision platforms. This includes processing Audio/Video data captured by cameras in real-time, efficiently storing it using appropriate encoding techniques, and managing probes at various points in the pipeline. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Linux/Android, Middleware, Multimedia Camera, and GStreamer (Video/Audio pipeline) or similar streaming frameworks. Proficiency in developing software using C and C++, as well as hands-on experience in designing and implementing software modules on embedded systems, is crucial. Strong communication skills, adaptability to challenging environments, and a collaborative team spirit are essential for success. While optional skills such as Linux device driver and RTOS knowledge, GPU, Cuda, OpenCL, SNPE, and Algorithm Optimization are advantageous, the primary qualifications include a BE/ME or BTECH/MTECH in a related field.
