You will be responsible for managing the F&B services at the Pan India level. Your role will include ensuring all service deliveries are in accordance with client agreements, maintaining close communication with clients for issue resolution and new initiatives, overseeing smooth operations across all cities, and exceeding client expectations for complete satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to address client issues promptly, report any significant operational threats to management, provide recommendations for action, and manage F&B and EHS audits at regular intervals. Furthermore, you will be expected to develop controls for tracking wastage, production, and sales, enforce safety and hygiene policies, analyze trends for service improvement, conduct training for food vendors, review vendor performance, ensure timely invoicing and collection, maintain vendor escalation matrix, and monitor enterprise service budgets. You should possess a Hotel Management Graduate/Diploma with 6-8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, the ability to adapt and perform under pressure, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations, multi-location operations, and operational management of food vendor base will be beneficial for this role.,
