Your role will involve maintaining a positive and professional company image by serving as the primary point of contact for our franchises and customers. You will play a key role in coordinating with our software development team and monitoring the progress of our online learning verticals. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a positive attitude, be passionate about their work, have strong English communication skills, and be multilingual. Your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, acquiring knowledge on various subjects related to our industry, collaborating with the marketing team to devise and implement innovative strategies to boost sales, and establishing connections with potential clients and franchises.
