Creating reusable, responsive, and user-friendly page components is a key responsibility. The candidate must ensure seamless front-end and back-end development using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript while optimizing the website for speed, SEO, and cross-platform compatibility. Working closely with hosting and CDN providers to implement best practices for performance optimization is also part of the job. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong focus on custom themes and multisite implementations. Proven experience with Multilingual Press or similar multilingual plugins is required. Hands-on expertise in Elementor, including custom widgets and theme customization, is essential. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 is a must. Familiarity with server-side rendering, GeoIP redirection, and CDN integration is preferred. Experience with VPS server/SFTP and WordPress Multisite across subdirectories is necessary.
