About the Role:
A Multilingual Communication Executive who can confidently speak with customers over the phone and provide clear and friendly consultation in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English. Your main role will be to make outbound calls, explain our product or offerings, answer queries, and build a good rapport with customers across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound phone calls to customers for consultation and product-related discussions.
* Communicate clearly and respectfully in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English based on the customer’s preferred language.
* Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
* Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups as required.
Requirements:
* Fluent speaking skills in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
* Clear and confident voice with excellent phone etiquette.
* Prior experience in calling, customer support, or consultation
* Basic understanding of customer handling and active listening skills.
* Must be polite, patient, and service-oriented.
* Candidate must be time-punctual
Long-Term Commitment:
* Candidate must be willing to work with the brand for a minimum period of 1 year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
