Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gujarat, India. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales tactics. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and maintaining accurate sales records. Qualifications Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management Strong understanding of sales strategies, market analysis, and revenue generation Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the technical development or IT services industry is a plus
