Role: Consultant Location: SPS Hospitals, Sirsa, Haryana Department: Gastroenterology Position Type: Full-Time | Consultant Key Responsibilities: Provide OPD and IPD services for patients with gastrointestinal, liver, and pancreatic diseases. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures (Upper GI Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, etc.). Collaborate with other consultants, including oncologists, radiologists, and surgeons for multidisciplinary care. Manage emergencies such as GI bleeding, acute hepatitis, and pancreatitis. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records and maintain quality standards. Participate in clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives. Mentor and supervise junior doctors and medical staff. Qualifications & Experience: DM/DNB in Gastroenterology from a recognized institution. Minimum 03 years of experience (freshers with strong academic background may apply). Valid registration with MCI/NMC or State Medical Council. Proficiency in advanced endoscopic procedures is desirable. Preferred Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient-centric approach with a focus on ethical clinical practice. Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
