As a Service Engineer, your dailyduties include but are not limited to: Performing mechanical maintenance on W rtsil 4 stroke products or similar medium bore diesel engines. Engine component overhauls in workshop and at site, including basic in-situ machining. Performing repair of engine components as cyl. head, cyl. liner, pistons, connecting rods, driven pumps, fuel equipment. Preparing travel expenses on time and in accordance with W rtsil quality. Continuously report working hour time and idling time in mobile device. Identifying failures, making adjustments, assisting on trial runs, and testing of mechanical installations according to instructions. Ensure all work meet Wartsilas QEHS guidelines, site procedures and regulation of local authorities. Attend assigned training and continuous competences improvement. Providing internal and external work reports of executed work in accordance with W rtsil standards. Maintain and keep Field Service tools and equipment in good condition. Requirements for the position Education : Diploma in Mechanical/Marine/Electrical with minimum 8 years of experience or Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Marine/Electrical with minimum 5 years of experience Experience : Mechanical technical experience on Wartsila products mainly DF Engines Mechanical officer on Ships with Wartsila engines or similar application -Strong knowledge of auxiliaries equipment On-site team leading and managing of the assigned team and related activities during the work execution (when applicable). Leadership and Team player skills Desired Skills: Information management skills, including MS Office Tools. Knowledge in 4-stroke marine engines as well as related systems and components Relevant hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical disciplines Strong knowledge of auxiliary equipment. Electrical troubleshooting skills are considered an advantage. Good command of English both written and verbal. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to work in a multicultural environment. Ability to perform under pressure. Motivation to learn and grow professionally. Willingness to travel at least 7-8 months per year. Experience of writing the technical reports.

For niche and senior roles taking responsibility of sourcing, assessing and interviewing candidates. Participate in piloting, testing and scaling new ways of workings within your region to ensure business engagement. To be successful in this role, you'll take high pride in providing an outstanding manager experience from start to end. you'll need be adept at working around the local challenges to understand market drivers and what will attract talent to W rtsil . Strong and versatile recruitment experience ideally from engineering, energy or marine and international blue-chip companies. Strong experience of creating proactive sourcing strategies, talent pools and candidate engagement plans. Reporting: Compile weekly TA reports by pulling and consolidating information from various sources, ensure report data is 100% accurate. Post job ads and ensure they are accurate and in line with vacancy details/requirements. ATS Data maintenance Education :Bachelor / Masters degree in Human Resources with minimum 10 years of recruitment experience At least 2-3 years of IT recruitment experience. Other Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent stakeholder management skills Able to work and deliver results remotely with minimal supervision. Results-focused and ready to take ownership of tasks. SuccessFactors ATS experience preferred. Good command of English both written and verbal. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to work in a multicultural environment. Ability to perform under pressure. Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
