Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and employees at all levels are key aspects of this role. Being a good team player, planning workload efficiently, and demonstrating flexibility to work in different shift timings are also important. To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (technical or non-technical).
