In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and administering UKG Pro Workforce Management systems for timekeeping, scheduling, and workforce management, ensuring that all configurations are in line with business requirements. Additionally, you will support Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) modules, including configuration, upgrades, and integrations within the HCM platform. Your duties will also involve supporting the implementation and maintenance of UKG Pro Workforce Management across multiple regions and business units. You will be expected to provide guidance on troubleshooting, problem resolution, and system improvements for Pro Workforce Management and OTL-related issues. Developing user guides, delivering training, and offering ongoing support to ensure efficient usage of Pro Workforce Management and OTL systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying informed about the latest UKG and Oracle HCM trends and recommending system upgrades and improvements will be essential. Moreover, participating in system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and external regulations will be a key aspect of this role. You are a proactive individual who excels in challenging situations and possesses a keen eye for identifying and seizing opportunities. Your ability to observe situational and group dynamics and select the best-fit approach sets you apart. You are skilled at creating implementation plans that allocate resources effectively, and you approach tasks with energy, determination, and a commitment to completion. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have at least 2 years of experience working with UKG Pro Workforce Management systems (Workforce Dimensions and/or Workforce Central) and a minimum of 1 year of experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) or equivalent HCM systems. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to address complex system issues, and experience in global system rollouts and multi-country configuration are preferred. Diligence, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial for this position. Preferred qualifications that would distinguish you include experience in leading UKG/Kronos or HCM-related projects and certification in UKG/Kronos or Oracle HCM.
