The role of Partner ledger support Services The Partner ledger support team (PLS) supports the Partners and engagement teams with engagement financial management, whilst providing insights relating to engagement financial risk and impacts on financial performance. Monitoring Partner ledger hygiene, highlighting DSO improvement opportunities and identifying potential exposures. Work with the Partners to address engagement financial queries, maintain visibility on high-risk engagements, and escalate when necessary. Providing strategic insights and implementing best practices. Help partners to understand and navigate DSO challenges and impacts.
