Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Multi-Skilled Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various technical maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other repairs. You will oversee troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are safe and functional. Timely response to maintenance requests and proactive identification of issues are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in technical skills such as electrical repairs, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance experience in handling equipment and machinery
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and residents
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Relevant vocational training/technical certification would be advantageous
• Previous experience in property management or similar operational roles is a plus
