Qualifications & Experience: * Graduate/MBA with 08-10 years of experience in the automobile industry (two-wheeler/electric vehicle experience preferred). * Proven track record in managing multiple locations and large teams. * Strong knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and customer service management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to travel frequently between Ranchi & Jamshedpur. About the Company: Premsons Motor Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is a leading automobile dealership group associated with Ather Energy for premium electric two-wheelers. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sustainable mobility solutions. Job Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to oversee operations for our two Ather Energy EV showrooms located in Ranchi and Jamshedpur. The GM will be responsible for P&L management, sales growth, customer satisfaction, team leadership, and operational excellence across both locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development * Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for both showrooms. * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the EV segment. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales opportunities. 2. Operations Management * Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to brand standards. * Coordinate with Ather Energy for product updates, marketing campaigns, and after-sales service standards. * Monitor inventory, vehicle dispatches, and stock replenishment for both locations. 3. Team Leadership & Development * Lead, motivate, and guide showroom managers, sales executives, service advisors, and support staff. * Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs. * Ensure strong coordination between both showrooms for resource sharing and best practice implementation. 4. Customer Relationship Management * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt query resolution and after-sales support. * Oversee customer engagement initiatives, test ride events, and showroom promotions. * Address escalated customer concerns effectively to maintain brand loyalty. 5. Financial & Compliance Management * Manage the P&L for both showrooms, ensuring cost control and profitability. * Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and Ather Energys operational guidelines. * Monitor dealer incentive schemes and optimize utilization for revenue growth.
