Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with strong expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Wireless Communication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3G/WCDMA Layer 1/Baseband/PHY algorithms, real-time scheduling, and multi-core deployments. This role involves profiling and debugging complex functionalities, working with UE Layer1 architectures, and contributing to the development and testing of wireless communication systems. Primary Skills: Strong foundation in Digital Signal Processing and Communications Engineering In-depth knowledge of Signal Processing and Wireless Communication fundamentals Hands-on experience with 3G/WCDMA Layer 1/Baseband/PHY algorithms Real-time scheduling for Physical Layer functionality on multi-core clusters Profiling and debugging across multiple cores and hardware accelerators Deep understanding of UE Layer1 Architectures , Multi-RAT , and power/performance constraints Excellent programming and debugging skills in C Secondary Skills: Experience with various 3G procedures Fast learning curve with high commitment and ownership Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Qualification: BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) , Telecommunications , or related fields 4-10 years of relevant industry experience in DSP and wireless communication systems
