7+ years of experience in MuleSoft platform operation/Support. Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Runtime (On-prem/Cloud Hub/RTF). Experience with Any point Platform components: Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Monitoring. Proficient in Linux/Unix commands, Scripting (Shell/python and log analysis) Familiarity with Devops tools like Jenkins, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, etc. Experience with log monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK stack, or Any point Monitoring. Understanding of HTTP, REST, SOAP, and API Security (OAuth2, Basic Auth). Knowledge of JVM tuning, thread management and Memory Analysis in Java based applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong Communication skills for collaboration across teams. Preferred Qualifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect/Integration Architect. Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience in Handling Production Outages, failovers, and Disaster recovery.
