Your Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support for MuleSoft applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to MuleSoft integrations, including analyzing logs and debugging applications. Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for API design, development, and deployment. Monitor MuleSoft environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Assist in the deployment and configuration of MuleSoft applications across various environments (development, testing, production). Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations. Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft features, tools, and industry best practices to enhance support capabilities. Participate in on-call support rotation and provide after-hours support as needed. Skills and attributes for success Experience 4-7 Years of experience required in MuleSoft with MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6 to 8 years of experience in MuleSoft development and support. Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Mule ESB, API Manager, and CloudHub. Proficiency in integration patterns, API design, and RESTful services. Experience with troubleshooting and debugging MuleSoft applications. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ideally, you’ll also have MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certification. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, New Relic) for performance analysis. Understanding of security best practices for API management.
