We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who has played a key role in large-scale Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions beyond out-of-the-box features. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Architecture & Design Lead the technical architecture and design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Translate complex business needs into robust and efficient technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Make architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability. 2. Custom Development Build custom applications and components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL. Extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard capabilities through innovative custom code and tools. 3. Integration Expertise Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Build and maintain custom connectors and ensure secure, performant integrations. 4. Project & Implementation Leadership Act as a technical lead across large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
