Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues in development and production environments. Maintain technical documentation for integrations and APIs. Support the deployment process and CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 24 years of experience in integration development, with at least 1–2 years using MuleSoft. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and SOAP. Experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager. Understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application integration (EAI). Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (Mule 4) is a plus. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
