Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as necessary. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder supplies when necessary. Prepare and organize documents, correspondence, and reports. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Handle basic office equipment maintenance, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing office spaces and equipment Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree or higher (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, phones).
