Job Title: Presales Executive / Telecaller Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Kalyan - Shill phata Road Job Summary: The Presales Executive / Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers over calls, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. This role acts as the first point of contact with prospective buyers, ensuring a professional introduction to the company’s projects and offerings. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database and inbound inquiries. Explain project details, features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team. Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to maintain engagement. Maintain an updated database of all leads and customer interactions in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and conversion. Handle basic queries regarding property documentation, payment plans, and offers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Provide feedback from prospects to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a polite, professional, and service-oriented approach. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Marketing). 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or presales (real estate preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages. Strong persuasion and customer handling abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
