Job Title: 3D Visualizer (Architecture & Interiors) Location: Bhubaneswar (Hybrid – Work From Home + Onsite Discussions) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance (Flexible) Job Description: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural and interior 3D modeling and visualization, with a strong understanding of design interpretation from AutoCAD plans. You will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D views of building elevations, exteriors, and interiors. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed and realistic 3D models and renderings of architectural elevations, exteriors, and interiors based on provided AutoCAD drawings. Use tools like SketchUp and 3ds Max to model, texture, and render high-quality visuals. Interpret architectural plans and translate them into accurate and aesthetic 3D representations. Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and vision. Make timely revisions based on feedback. Attend periodic office meetings/discussions to align on design concepts and project progress. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in SketchUp and 3ds Max. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read architectural drawings. Experience in modeling and rendering building exteriors and interior spaces. Good eye for composition, detail, color, and lighting. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Work Mode: Flexible work hours. Remote work with occasional visits to the office for project discussions. Preferred Experience: 1–5 years in architectural visualization (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)
