Role & responsibilities 1] Certification : a) Confirming receipt of MTC of lots at receipt stage, review of MTC. Forward & upload of MTC of all dispatched parts to KUB within decided time. b) Matcert folder Review of received certificates against Direct dispatch & its upload into Q1 system in decided time. c) European folder - Review of received certificates against Direct dispatch & its upload into Q1 system in decided time. d) Complete Valve certificates Review of received certificates against Direct dispatch & its upload into Q1 system as and when required. e) Confirming receipt of MTC of lots at receipt stage, review of MTC. Forward of MTC of all dispatched parts to customer other than within decided time. f) Mail/call communication with supplier for missing MTC/deviation in MTC, any other issues related to MTC. 2] CIR update for verification of heat number & receipt of RT films : a) Update & maintain CIR for verification of heat number & receipt of RT films against each lot. b) Send report of this on weekly basis. 3] Daily update of rework & rejection of In-house NCR: a) Daily send email with details of rework & rejection of In-house NCR to all concern person within decided time. b) Update & maintain visual monitoring sheet of rework & rejection of In-house NCR. c) Update register of rework & rejection of In-house NCR with EDS entries whenever necessary. 4] Calibration of Gauges & Instruments: a) Send Gauges & Instruments for calibration on quarterly basis. b) Send Instruments for repairing whenever necessary. c) Review of weekly production plan for sending gauges / instruments for calibration. d) Check Gauges fitness & maintain its record. e) Weekly checks on condition of Lever Dial & Dial vernier caliper & maintain its record. Inform this data to concern person. f) Review calibration reports & sign the same. g) Communication with service provider (Mail/call). 5] Statistical Data Analysis: a) Prepare data of Air testing reports on monthly basis. b) Prepare summary of Hydro & Air testing reports on monthly basis. 6] Verification of heat number & other details: a) Keep track of verification of heat numbers between MTC & castings & maintain record of same. b) Identification on process sheet of parts as per given on drawing or specified format of punching given in sheet (whenever necessary) c) Maintaining hard copies after completion of verification of heat number. 7] PDIR & Balloon drawing: a) Prepare balloon drawing & PDIR (whenever necessary) 8] Supplier Evaluation Record: a) Prepare data of documentation related issue for each supplier on quarterly basis. 9] ISO Audit: a) Effective output monitoring sheet update on monthly basis. 10] EDS related activities: a) Import data of Invoice number of all received material against GRN. 11] Submission of rejected material to store: a) Against daily rejection NCR, submit rejected material to Store Dept. & take sign on NCR. (whenever necessary) 12] Continual improvement project a) Find scope of improvement in any activity or process or self-improvement & prepare record of same in CIP or Kaizen sheet.
