MST Product Analyst-Engagement Maintenance

In this role at EY, you will be a Supervising Associate SAP/ERP Product Analyst focusing on Engagement Maintenance. As part of the Mercury Support Team (MST), you will play a crucial role in enabling innovative technologies that support core operating processes across the Opportunity and Engagement Lifecycle. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and resolving systems incidents and outages related to the SAP/ERP Engagement Maintenance product suite. Additionally, you will contribute to the successful delivery and deployment of enhancements, configurations, and product releases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand and support documentation of business processes, workflows, and requirements - Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP CPM components - Support lead Product Manager and Assistant Product Manager in their interactions with stakeholders - Monitor impacts of changes across the SAP CPM product suite - Provide oversight and prioritization for technical incident, service request, and problem tickets management - Adhere to SLA compliance for all workloads and re-prioritize tickets if necessary **Qualifications Required:** - 3+ years of experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis and project systems management - 3+ years of experience in SAP CPM solutions - Direct experience in supporting Engagement Maintenance operations for a global professional services organization - SAP certification preferred - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, BOT Framework, and Machine learning - Bachelors degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related discipline - 3+ years of relevant experience in an ERP/SAP function **Additional Details:** You will have the opportunity to work in a highly integrated, global team with the tools and support to grow and advance your career.
