Make recommendations and come up with strategies on how to improve delivery as well as our numbers on those clients. Make sure all the submittals follow and maintains client policies, procedures and guidelines. Auditing submissions as well as all activities around the assigned clients Monitor and follow up on all emails and other documents as well as communication on the clients assigned.
