You will be part of our Banking COE team and work as a liaison with our Banking customers and the delivery team. To qualify for this role, you need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CLOS and Credit Underwriting. Your primary responsibilities will include requirements gathering, documentation, defining solutions based on business requirements, estimations, and coordinating with sales, management, and the technical team. Your role will involve understanding project objectives from both initial and functional requirements perspectives, as well as domain considerations. You will directly interact with customers to gather requirements, document them, and prepare Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for change request documentation, prioritization, and updating stories accordingly. We are looking for individuals with good experience in the Lending Domain, including Working capital, MSME Scheme, and Credit Underwriting. Proficiency in CLOS, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with banking software such as Omnidocs, Omniflow, Finacle, Finnoone, etc., will be advantageous. Please note that this role may require travel to support our global customers.
