Role & responsibilities Develop and implement MSME growth strategies and programs. Assess the needs of MSMEs and provide tailored support and resources. Knowledge of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Experience working in the social impact sector with industry bodies & associations. Understanding MSME Schemes, Finance access, Market linkages, Government initiatives, Ecosystem Challenges, Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence. Understanding of Cluster Development & Entrepreneurship promotion. Demonstrated leadership in understanding emerging trends & opportunities to optimize the ecosystem. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
