You will work closely with business partners in one or more business units to ensure that technology solutions are in line with business strategies. Your role involves having a deep understanding of a specific business area within the business clients unit. You will be responsible for identifying and communicating how IT solutions can strategically assist and support the business. Additionally, you will be supporting highly complex business processes, which may require designing or integrating technical solutions that span multiple functions of the business. As a member or lead of project teams, you will coordinate the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements. Your role also includes aligning IT resources and processes to meet client organizations" needs and designing enterprise solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have 4-8 years of experience in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Major Security Incident Management (MSIM), and Business Continuity Management. You should also possess knowledge of working with ServiceNow custom applications and testing, integration testing against best practice standards, ServiceNow test management, and automated testing experience with Automate Pro.
