Handling of PDI inspection for allotment of manpower & daily Quality issue. Help quality head for caring out system audit from concern stake holder. Root cause analysis for quality defect on daily basis & taking with concern department for closer. Conduct the MSES audit as per checklist and guideline from quality need. KPI: 1) To reduce customer rej. ppm. 2) To reduce in process rej. ppm. 3) To reduce cost of poor quality. 4) To carry out master plan of QM pillar activities. 5) Weekly four kaizen. Knowledge (Technical / Functional) 1) 7 Qc.tools 2) SPC 3) MSES requirement. Skills 1) Awareness of IATF. 2) Presentation.
