The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and associated Power Platform components. Share your updated resume to - ruthu@wrootsglobal.in Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement). Develop Canvas Apps , Model-Driven Apps , and Power Pages (Portals) using Microsoft Power Platform. Implement business logic and workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps . Configure and extend Dataverse/Common Data Service (CDS) entities. Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and services using Power Platform connectors , custom APIs , or middleware. Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and provide estimates and timelines. Provide production support, defect fixing, and performance tuning. Required Skills : 6-8 years of overall experience with at least 35 years in MS Dynamics CRM (365) Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) , Power Portals / Power Pages Experience with JavaScript , Plugins , Custom Workflows , Web Resources Good understanding of Dataverse , Security Roles , and Data Model Design Exposure to Azure Services , Power Automate , REST APIs is a plus Ability to work in Agile environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills Preferred Certifications : Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Share your updated resume to - ruthu@wrootsglobal.in
