Here's a detailed description: Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering /B.Sc. or any degree relevant to electronics. Scope of the Work: Installation, testing and commissioning of railway signalling equipment. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics, Power Supplies, communication of electronic equipment's, capable of multilingual knowledge and ready to work on site. Work Location: Bangalore Head quarter and across INDIA Selection method: Written test and Technical Interview. Priority of selection: Fluency in Hindi & English language. Job Summary: The MSDAC Project Installation and Commissioning Engineer is responsible for managing the installation, testing, and commissioning of Multi-Section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC) systems in railway signaling projects. The role demands strong technical skills, on-site management, and effective communication to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of electronics, power supplies, and communication protocols for electronic equipment. Key Responsibilities Installation Management: Supervise and execute the installation of MSDAC systems, including sensors, power supplies, communication devices, and related equipment. Ensure compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Testing and Commissioning: Perform pre-commissioning checks and functional testing to ensure proper system configuration. Carry out comprehensive commissioning activities to ensure the system meets operational requirements. Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of electronic systems, power supplies, and communication protocols. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and signalling diagrams. Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware or software during installation and commissioning phases. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to manage installation timelines and resources. Facilitate communication across multilingual teams to ensure smooth project execution. Compliance and Safety: Follow railway signalling standards, including safety guidelines and industry protocols. Promote a culture of safety and compliance on-site during all phases of the project. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including test reports, commissioning records, and as-built layouts. Provide detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Training and Support: Offer technical training to clients or maintenance teams for efficient system operations. Provide post-commissioning technical support as needed. Work Conditions Willingness to travel extensively to project sites. Flexibility to work in diverse environments and challenging conditions.
