Job Title: Inside Sales Manager Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the MSD Partner ecosystem. Oversee lead generation efforts, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Manage and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Conduct regular sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills within the team. Utilize CRM tools, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365, to track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve sales strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on lead generation and managing sales teams. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth, particularly within the MSD Partner landscape. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for sales strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the technology sector or software sales is a plus. Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques. Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
