Job Description

* We are seeking a talented MSBI Developer with 2-4 years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) tools and SQL development The ideal candidate will focus on designing and implementing ETL workflows and ensuring seamless data integration and transformation to support business needs Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS for data integration and transformation * Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, including stored procedures, functions, and views, for data analysis and reporting * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring robust solutions that align with business objectives * Perform data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting of data issues across multiple data sources * Optimize performance of ETL packages and database queries to ensure high efficiency * Maintain proper documentation for processes, workflows, and solutions delivered * Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability through rigorous testing and validation Required Skills and Qualifications: * 2-4 years of hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL design and implementation * Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL), including query optimization and performance tuning * Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards resolving challenges * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): * Experience with Power BI or other BI visualization tools * Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based ETL tools
