The role involves developing and updating process flow diagrams, control plans, standard work, PFMEA, and driving RPN reduction. Hands-on experience in new product and process launches is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
