Job Description – Sales Executive Company: Vishay Porta Pvt. Ltd. Location: Greater Noida / Noida Extension Industry: Porta Cabins & Prefabricated Structures Manufacturing About Us Vishay Porta Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of Porta Cabins, Prefabricated Structures, and Modular Construction Solutions. We have successfully delivered high-quality projects across India and are expanding our team to strengthen our sales operations. Position: Sales Executive Roles & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Porta Cabin & Prefab industry. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, corporates, and government clients. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management. Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Coordinate with the production and operations team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Maintain proper documentation of sales leads, client communication, and contracts. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events when required. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/Diploma in Business/Marketing/Engineering (preferred). 1–3 years of sales experience (construction, prefab, building material, or related industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
