Key Responsibilities Inventory Management : Oversee the tracking, receiving, organizing, and storing of solar equipment (such as panels, inverters, and racking) as well as water-related materials. Maintain accurate inventory records, manage reorder points, and minimize shortages Logistics Coordination : Supervise incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet project schedules. Staff Supervision : Train, manage, and schedule warehouse staff. Implement best practices in warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and safety.business. Audits & Counts: Conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Record Keeping: Using computerized systems and maintaining paperwork for inventory, dispatches, and repairs Continuous Improvement : Analyze workflows, identify process improvements, and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space, reduce operational costs, and improve productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience : 3 to 4 years of warehouse or materials management experience, particularly in solar or water-related industries. Education : Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a technical field is preferred. Certifications in warehouse management or logistics are an advantage.
