The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, good product understanding, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable power tools/products. Maintain product knowledge and explain technical details in simple terms. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Manage sales records and reports using MS Excel. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively. Ensure proper display and upkeep of showroom products. Requirements Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred. At least 2 years of sales experience (preferably showroom/retail). Strong understanding of customer behavior and good communication skills. Basic knowledge of English for customer interaction. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations is mandatory. Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
